At NOVIXA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. Your 30-day return window (below) exceeds this minimum.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, initiate your request through your customer account at https://account.novixanow.com. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order  confirmation instead.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your return. Refunds include the cost of standard outbound shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

Alternatively, contact us at support@novixanow.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled through your customer account at https://account.novixanow.com.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@novixanow.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care items
  • Perishable products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
